Job summary

WCS Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Management Associate to develop and improve service operations at scale in Singapore. The role provides real exposure to sites, teams, and business challenges, with a structured path toward site lead and operations management.

You'll rotate through key functions, gain hands-on operational exposure, and progressively take on ownership, working closely with management on ongoing operational and strategic initiatives. On-site deployment is required.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site to understand how large-scale service operations are executed.

• Analyse workflows and identify gaps in efficiency and service quality.
• Contribute to improving systems, processes, and service standards.
• Work closely with management on operational and strategic initiatives.
• Take on increasing responsibility over time.
