Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Willingness to relocate and commit long-term to New York.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support building operations including maintenance, repairs and renovations.
• Foster relationships with tenants and address concerns promptly.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to maintain standards.
• Conduct inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Communicate with tenants, team members and stakeholders clearly.
• Identify efficiency initiatives and present cost-effective improvements.
