Job summary

HeritageCollection is seeking a motivated Management Associate to rotate through Operations, Hotel Technology, and Sales & Marketing, gaining hands-on exposure across key functions. You will shadow seasoned managers and work on special projects to enhance guest experiences and operational excellence.

You will develop leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with mentors, while building a strong foundation in hotel operations and business management for future leadership roles.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Management Associate. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure across key business functions and develop the skills required for a successful career in hospitality management.

Key responsibilities:

• Rotate through various departments, including Operations, Hotel Technology, and Sales & Marketing, to gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Shadow and work alongside experienced managers and team members to gain practical, hands‑on experience.
• Participate in and contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Work closely with assigned mentors to develop leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision making skills.
• Gain a strong foundation in hotel operations, business management, and customer service to prepare for future leadership opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
