solupex pte. ltd. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a SME to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth site execution. You will coordinate rostering, monitor manpower allocation, and act as the first point of contact for clients.

You will provide on-the-job training to new staff, coach team members, and resolve operational issues professionally to maintain service levels across sites in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily operations
• Daily rostering of staff to various sites according to contractual manpower requirements
• Provide OJT to new staff and aid them in acclimatising to their role
• Assist and coach new staff according to operational demands and needs
• Link up with clientele first point of contact to address and solve daily operational issues
• Ensure efficient utilisation of manpower pool allocated
• Provide daily manpower report to Operations Manager
• Resolving of conflicts in a professional way
