Job summary

ANG TONG SENG BROTHERS ENTERPRISES PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Operations/Data Entry Assistant in Singapore to support project execution. You will handle data entry, order processing, supplier coordination, asset tracking and reporting to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires meticulous data management and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to optimize resources and contribute to timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately to maintain up-to-date system records for operational reliability
• Prepare and process quotations, delivery orders, sales orders, and purchase orders to support procurement and sales workflows
• Communicate with suppliers to coordinate machinery and equipment rental for project needs
• Track and monitor company assets to ensure proper usage and availability
• Manage the return of delivery orders with proper acknowledgement to maintain documentation accuracy
• Assist in generating reports and summaries to support management decision-making
• Allocate trucks and lorry cranes efficiently to various project sites to optimize resource use
• Collect and consolidate lorry sheets for accurate billing and driver salary calculations
• Execute ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management to support business operations
