Job summary

Home's Favourite Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on individual to join our production and packing team. You will inspect products, verify quantities, and ensure items are packed and labeled correctly, while coordinating with production and admin for delivery orders.

You will liaise with couriers, record stock in Excel, and help maintain a clean, efficient packing area. The role is full-time and suited for those who can work beyond standard hours when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary / N-Level or equivalent.
• Prior experience in production, quality checking, packing, or logistics is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for inventory recording).
• Able to read and understand simple work instructions and delivery documents.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
• Good attention to detail, reliable, and responsible.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.
• Preferably willing to reside in Singapore and able to work beyond standard hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and check products for quality, defects, or discrepancies.

• Coordinate with local courier/logistics providers for timely collection and dispatch.
• Record incoming and outgoing stock inventory counts accurately using Excel.
• Ensure products are properly handled to avoid damage during packing, storage, or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production/packing area.
• Report defective or non-conforming products to the supervisor.
• Support stock counting, inventory checks, and other production/logistics tasks as assigned.
