This full-time, rotational program targets strong performers seeking early accountability and broad operational exposure across manufacturing, engineering and quality roles.

Participants rotate through Demand Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering and related teams, gaining hands-on training, mentorship, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with a strong performance record.
• Bachelore2s degree or higher in Engineering or a technical discipline.
• Demonstrated managerial or team leadership experience.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or adjacent industries.
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead critical operational initiatives across manufacturing and engineering.
• Deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, on-time-delivery, and safety.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional, multicultural teams through ambiguity and change.
• Translate tactical and strategic priorities into executable operational plans.
• Build enterprise-level perspective through targeted rotations and stretch assignment.
