This program is built for high performers who want early accountability, broad operational exposure, and a fast path to operations leadership positions.When you join this program, you will do high-impact work. Supported by forward-thinking leaders and collaborative colleagues, you will gain exposure to real business challenges, build critical skills, and contribute directly to our success.Over this **18‐month program**, you will progress through a structured series of rotations across complex, global operations supporting leading‐edge semiconductor technology. Role placements are intentionally designed to build on your prior experience and strengths—each participant is thoughtfully mapped to roles such as Demand Planning, Manufacturing Operations or Engineering, Quality, or other specialized Manufacturing Operations teams.
