Job summary

MAX-VALUE BUILDING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to oversee daily cleaning across multiple sites in Singapore. You will plan manpower, equipment, and schedules to ensure smooth operations while meeting standards, timelines, and budgets.

You will conduct risk assessments, act as the main client contact, attend meetings, and lead cleaners and supervisors. Training and performance monitoring support service quality and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the cleaning service industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning and disinfection
• Experience conducting risk assessments
• Able to lead and supervise cleaning teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
• Plan manpower, equipment and work schedules
• Ensure work meets agreed standards, timelines and budgets
• Act as the main contact for key clients and handle escalations
• Attend client meetings to understand requirements and ensure service expectations
• Provide training to improve team skills and service quality
• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation
