Job summary

EFFICIENT EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage a team of cleaners at multiple sites in Singapore.

You will plan daily work assignments, conduct inspections for cleanliness and service quality, monitor staff performance, and provide on-the-job training to ensure high standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years in cleaning operations or facility management, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning operations or facility management.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
• Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, or shift schedules when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaners at assigned locations.
• Plan and allocate daily work assignments to cleaning staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and service quality standards are met.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of cleaning personnel.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to cleaning staff.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit replenishment requests when necessary.
• Attend to client feedback, complaints, and service requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Prepare reports on manpower deployment, attendance, and operational matters.
• Assist with recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluation of cleaning staff.
