Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience with a strong performance record.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a technical discipline.
Demonstrated managerial or team leadership experience.
Background in manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or adjacent industries.
Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own and lead critical operational initiatives across manufacturing, engineering.
Deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, on-time-delivery, and safety.
Participate in and lead cross-functional, multicultural teams through ambiguity and change.
Translate tactical and strategic priorities into executable operational plans.
