Job summary

The role requires strong communication and fluency in Japanese and English, with a 20:00–2:00 shift. This is a full-time position with a probationary period. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in operations management or team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or team leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Japanese and English speaker.
• (Preferred) Industry-specific knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily operational processes.
• Lead and supervise team members, including coaching, evaluation, and development.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Set, monitor, and report on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ensure consistent service quality and improve service levels.
• Handle operational issues and complaints; develop preventive solutions.
• Manage budgets and control operational costs.
