Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manager, Operations (Controls Solution - Manufacturing) to lead a cross-functional team in our West Singapore office.

You will participate in operations planning, budget oversight and resource allocation to address challenges and drive performance. Responsibilities include on-ground performance management, recruitment and training processes, and collaborating with other departments to align processes with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience directing engineers and technicians.
• Experience in manufacturing control solutions or vessel engineering.
• Experience with budgeting and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Operational Planning: Involve in the departmental plans, budgets and priorities to address resource allocation and operational challenges effectively.
• Performance Management: Responsible with on-ground team performance appraisals, recruitment and training processes, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate business processes and achieve strategic operational goals.
