Qualifications

• Experience in operations, administration or similar role; comfortable with numbers, documents and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and scheduling.
• Coordinating with field teams, customers and suppliers.
• Monitoring performance and resolving issues as they arise.
• Preparing regular reports for management.
• Managing office administration and records (administration & compliance).
• Supporting staff matters such as onboarding and training.
• Keeping permits and regulatory requirements up to date.
• Maintaining and improving operating procedures.
