Job summary

Qualgro Partners, a Singapore-based venture capital firm, is seeking a Manager of Operations to support world-class investment services for our investors and monitor portfolio performance. The role reports to the leadership team to drive continuous improvement of Operations quality across finance, compliance and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Ideally, more than 6 years of experience in accounting, finance, compliance within a fund management company (MAS licensed).
• More than 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong accounting and finance skills and ability to navigate regulatory frameworks.
• Ownership mindset with proactive initiative, responsibility and risk awareness; leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, tax, audit functions of the funds and the management company.
• Ensure compliance with MAS, IRAS, ACRA, CIMA and regulatory reporting.
• Manage investor reporting and investor relations activities.
• Support portfolio management activities including monitoring performance and returns analysis.
• Oversee administrative and office operations.
