As Fund Operation Manager (VP), you will manage all operational aspects of the fund lifecycle — from LP onboarding and investor relations to regulatory compliance and fund accounting.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full onboarding process for Limited Partners, ensuring smooth documentation flow and compliance with MAS regulations- Coordinate portfolio company onboarding including KYC, AML, and operational setup- Lead LP communication, regular reporting, and investor inquiries- Conduct initial reviews of fund-related legal agreements and investment contracts- Perform KYC/AML checks and verify Source of Funds (SOF) / Source of Wealth (SOW) for LPs and new investees- Track portfolio performance, financial updates, and key operational metrics- Prepare, execute, and communicate capital calls and distributions to LPs- Support due diligence processes for potential investments- Maintain accurate fund accounting records including NAV calculations- Liaise with internal and external auditorsRequirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in VC, private equity, fund operations, or audit- Strong understanding of fund structures, LP agreements, and regulatory compliance (MAS)- Startup-minded and self-driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
