Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Tampines, Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate day-to-day operations in the construction sector. You will support scheduling, client liaison, and on-site activities to ensure smooth project delivery.

You will gain deep product knowledge, prepare safety documentation, generate quotations, and manage account escalations while coordinating with CSS service teams and the Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with scheduling, day-to-day operational planning, sub-department coordination, and all logistical arrangements.
• Provide on-site support and commissioning for critical power equipment (S-UPS, STS, Loadbank, DRUPS), while overseeing routine planned maintenance and ad-hoc jobs.
• Manage assigned non-key accounts, explore new business leads, resolve end-user conflicts via negotiation, conduct client visits, and handle 24/7 escalation support for assigned accounts.
• Generate quotations for parts sales, handle safety document preparation (MOS/RA/SWP), draft Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and follow up on customer purchase orders and work orders prior to delivery.
• Build deep product knowledge of all offerings and organize training sessions for clients or internal CSS service teams.
