Job summary

UNITED POWER ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a site operations staff member to work closely with the team to meet project schedules.

The role involves attending daily tool-box meetings and conveying clear instructions to workers, while monitoring progress and quality on site. The successful candidate will ensure installations follow drawings or plans, demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• TO WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER SITE OPERATIONS STAFF TO MEET THE PROJECT SCHEDULE.
• ATTEND THE DAILY TOOL-BOX MEETING AND CONVEY CLEAR INSTRUCTION ACCORDINGLY.
• TO MONITOR THE PROGRESS AND QUALITY OF WORK BEING PERFORMED BY WORKERS.
• ENSURE INSTALLATION IS CARRIED OUT AS PER DRAWINGS OR PLAN.
• GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
• GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED BY DIRECTOR.
• WORKING HOURS: 6 DAYS
• ABLE TO WORK BOTH DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS BASED ON PROJECT OR SITE REQUIREMENTS.
• ENSURE ALL NECESSARY TOOLS, MACHINERY, PPE, AND MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE AND IN PROPER WORKING CONDITION FOR EFFICIENT SITE OPERATIONS.
