Job summary

R&C Manpower Solution Pte. Ltd. is seeking a kitchen team member responsible for efficient food preparation according to SOPs and outlet standards. You will orientate and train a junior cook to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will estimate daily food needs, coordinate supplier orders and deliveries, and ensure security and safety for staff and guests while maintaining high quality and minimizing waste. Dishwashing and cleanliness duties are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Prepare food accurately following SOP and outlet/centre kitchen standards
• Ability to orientate, train and work with junior cook to ensure smooth operation
• Estimate food needs and coordinate orders with external suppliers and delivery schedules
• Understand and implement proper security procedures to protect staff and assets
• Maintain a safe working environment to minimize injury and incidents
• Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation and service
• Supervise portion control and manage waste by controlling quantities
• Estimate and prepare ingredients availability for daily operation
• Assist in dish washing duties and ensure cleanliness of cookware, dishes and cutlery

Responsibilities
