Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt with training provided.
• Availability to work full-time hours, mornings and afternoons Mon–Fri, and Sat mornings.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate invoices from customer orders to ensure timely billing.
• Maintain and update inventory records to support stock availability and order fulfillment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp to enhance customer service.
• Coordinate and arrange deliveries to restaurant customers across Singapore to ensure on-time receipt of goods.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and continuous improvement.
