MSD in Singapore is seeking an Intern/Co-op (Fixed Term) to support manufacturing excellence, supply & cost, training, and SHE stewardship within a highly regulated API production facility. You will assist in equipment commissioning, maintenance coordination, and process improvements while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on operations support, training development, and collaboration with planning, maintenance, and QA teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology.
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Non-diploma holders require minimum 3 years of experience.

Aufgaben

• Upholds safety and quality excellence in operational decisions.
• Support shift personnel to deliver results in a regulated API production facility.
• Assist Senior Manager, Operations in production activities and equipment/facilities support.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance with IPT planner and maintenance team.
• Manage materials storage, logistics, and plant consumables.
• Support equipment commissioning, FAT/SAT, and cleaning validation activities.
• Contribute to technology transfers and process improvements.
• Lead training on SOPs, cGMP, and safety procedures.
• Participate in safety, QA audits, and plant documentation.
