Job summary

Lonza in Singapore Tuas invites an intern to gain hands-on experience across pharmaceutical manufacturing and supporting roles in QA/QC/MSAT. This is a fully site-based role emphasizing close collaboration and high-quality standards.

You will receive daily supervision, coaching on process flow in a cGMP environment, and opportunities to develop documentation and problem-solving skills on real projects.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the principles and processes involved in fill and finish operations for pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP and safety regulations in all activities.
• Participate in the development of standard working procedures for related activities in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Receive daily supervision for routine work and step-by-step guidance on new tasks.
• Provide support in task organization and documentation.
• Receive coaching on process flow within a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills with appropriate guidance.
