Job summary

MSD INTERNATIONAL GMBH (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks an Operations Support Specialist to coordinate IPT manufacturing activities and support leaders in resource and skill development.

You will manage batch documentation, serialization, and SAP-related tasks while driving continuous improvement across the packaging IPT. The role requires GMP knowledge and strong cross-functional collaboration in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma holder in Science, Engineering, or related studies.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or technical support environments.
• Good knowledge of applicable Safety and GMP regulations would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all IPT manufacturing related activities.
• Assist Production Leaders in resource allocation and training of technical skills; prioritise shop floor ad-hoc activities.
• Complete post-packaging batch documentation review and lead serialization improvements.
• Act as the IPT SAP Super-User and serialization SME.
• Prepare and issue documents for production use; lead changes to manufacturing documentation when needed.
• Support development of a CI framework within the IPT improvement program.
• Support model area implementation on CI workflows within packaging IPT.
• Process POs and manage inventory for consumables, PPE, gowning, tools and equipment.
