Job summary

SINGGATE, a market leader in Singapore’s smart home security sector, is hiring TWO Operations Executives into two specialized tracks: Logistics & Scheduling and Retail Operations & Recruitment. You will manage routes, scheduling, retailer standards, and recruitment activities, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in operations or logistics, strong time management, and fluency in English and Chinese to liaise across language groups.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics Scheduling, Retail Supervision, Customer Service, or HR/Admin is valued.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track A: Route planning to optimize daily installation routes.
• Track A: Coordinate with customers to confirm/reschedule installation slots.
• Track A: Assign tasks to installers based on location and urgency.
• Track A: Monitor progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Track B: Oversee daily retail outlet standards and operations.
• Track B: Plan rosters for retail staff and promotional events.
• Track B: Coordinate roadshows, logistics and manpower.
• Track B: Post jobs, screen resumes and interview candidates.
