Job summary

You will develop operational plans, work procedures and performance targets, coordinate workflows across departments and monitor expenses and budgets. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily business and administrative operations.
• Develop and implement operational plans, work procedures and performance targets.
• Supervise, guide and evaluate employees to ensure efficient completion of work.
• Coordinate workflows between different departments and business partners.
• Monitor operating expenses, budgets and overall business performance.
• Prepare operational and management reports for the Director.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients, suppliers and service providers.
• Handle operational issues and customer feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore regulations and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
• Perform other management-related duties assigned by the Director.
