Ingold Premier is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics and warehousing operations in Singapore. You will drive efficiency, lead the logistics team, and optimize costs while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of supply chain processes, and effective collaboration with 3PL providers and freight forwarders to maintain service quality and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3PL partnerships and freight forwarders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and warehousing operations from inbound to last-mile delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and develop the logistics team with clear standards and KPIs.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and freight forwarders to ensure service quality and favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with local Singaporean regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and capacity planning using system data to inform decisions.
