Ingold Premier seeks a Managing Director to oversee the Singapore office's strategic direction and daily operations, leveraging a deep track record in investment and finance to drive growth and foster a high-performance culture.

The role requires leading senior management, managing relationships with the Board, clients, and regulators (MAS, MOM, ACRA), and ensuring profitability and compliance across APAC.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior management experience, with regional leadership.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments in Singapore.
• Proven track record in investment & finance sector.
• MBA or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sustainable strategies to grow market share in Singapore and APAC.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee financial performance, investments, and efficiency for profitability.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary contact for Board, key clients, and regulators (MAS, MOM, ACRA).
• Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure activities conform to Singapore laws and governance principles.
