INGOLD PREMIER PTE. LTD. is seeking a high-calibre Managing Director to oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our Singapore office.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in the investment and finance sectors, driving growth and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization. You will lead key strategic initiatives, manage senior stakeholder relationships including the Board, major clients, and regulatory authorities, and ensure rigorous risk,

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of senior management experience.
• At least 5 years in regional leadership.
• Strong understanding of Singapore business and regulatory environment.
• Outstanding financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• MBA or related master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sustainable strategies to expand market share in Singapore and APAC.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee financial performance, investments and operational efficiency for long-term profitability.
• Stakeholder Management: Primary contact for the Board, key clients, and regulators (e.g., MAS, MOM, ACRA).
• Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor and develop senior management to align with company values.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure activities meet Singapore laws and governance standards.
