Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in management, business & Engineering.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in automation system or machine vision system development.
• Semiconductor industry exposure.
• Experience in SEMI factory Automation, SECS/GEM.
• Experience in Strip Mapping / Wafer Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure departments run efficiently.
• Monitor and manage operational costs and budgets.
• Design strategy and set growth goals.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
• Set policies and processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Direct the employee assessment process.
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
• Provide solutions to issues affecting profit and operations.
• Ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Stay updated on market trends relevant to products and services.
• Monitor production against sales orders and business plan to maximize revenue.
• Review budget, forecasts and actuals for annual plans.
• Collaborate across departments to implement Best Practices.
• Pursue new initiatives to improve performance across all departments.
• Enforce health, safety and security.
• Develop relationships with business partners and HQ-subsidiaries.
