Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Operations, Warehouse & Delivery Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations, deliveries, and outlet operations. The successful candidate will assist with stock management, order preparation, deliveries to our retail outlets and customers, and ad hoc maintenance tasks at our outlets to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse & Inventory Operations
   • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
   • Assist with receiving, checking, storing and organising incoming goods.
   • Pick, pack and prepare orders for retail outlets and online customers.
   • Assist with product packing and other warehouse duties when required.
   • Keep the warehouse clean, organised and operating efficiently.
2. Delivery & Logistics
   • Deliver goods and products to retail outlets and customers as required.
   • Assist with loading, unloading and transporting goods safely.
   • Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
   • Assist with preparing delivery orders and coordinating delivery arrangements.
3. Outlet Operations & Maintenance
   • Visit retail outlets when required to assist with basic maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting, such as replacing light bulbs or addressing minor fixtures and fittings issues.
   • Assist with ad hoc operational tasks and resolve day‑to‑day issues at outlets where possible.
   • Coordinate with the relevant personnel when issues require specialised repairs or further attention.
   • Support HQ and retail outlets in ensuring smooth daily operations.
4. Administrative Support
   • Perform basic filing, data entry and record‑keeping duties.
   • Assist with maintaining stock records, delivery documents and other operational paperwork.
   • Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the company.

Requirements

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and be comfortable with delivery duties, if driving is required for the role.
• Able to work 6 days a week.
• Able to read, write and speak both English and Chinese, as some customer orders, product names and product information are in both languages.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
• Able to work independently, take initiative and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Practical, hands‑on and willing to perform a variety of duties across the warehouse, deliveries and retail outlets.
• Physically fit and able to lift and handle goods weighing up to 20kg.
• Willing to travel between HQ, retail outlets and customer locations as required.
