Job summary

National Healthcare Group Polyclinics is seeking an Operations Manager to assist in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations and resource utilization to ensure cost-efficient management of the clinic.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations, lead the operations team in service provision and patient care, and work with clinical, nursing and allied health professionals to improve work processes and service quality.

Qualifications

• Preferably a degree in any discipline, but diploma holders with strong relevant experience are welcome.
• Passion for planning, analysing and improving operations.
• Experience in operations/administration in healthcare sector is a plus.
• Strong people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Willing to commit to polyclinic's operational hours and 5.5 days work week (Saturday).

You will ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operations of a polyclinic and be responsible for the management of the operations team in service provision and patient care. You will be involved in planning and implementing strategies, proposals and activities to improve work processes and service quality, and work in collaboration with the clinical, nursing and allied health professionals.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree in any discipline but diploma holders with strong relevant experience are welcome to apply.
