Job summary

GS CLEANING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead manpower planning, training, and scheduling across Tampines, Jurong and Alexandra.

You will work closely with the Operation Head and management to implement policies, ensure safety, and maintain strong relationships with key business partners. The role emphasizes team coaching and adherence to standards to drive service quality.

• Manpower planning—recruit, train, assign, schedule, coach and counsel employees.
• Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise and review contributions.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Oversee operation supervisors with review/approval responsibilities for operations staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
• Collaborate with the Operation Head and management to set policies and systems.
