Job summary

Millennium Services Group in Singapore is seeking a responsible Contract Supervisor to oversee cleaning and facilities services at assigned client sites. You will supervise cleaning teams, ensure service standards, and coordinate with clients to meet requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities management, or a similar supervisory role.
• Experience supervising a team of cleaners preferred.
• Good knowledge of commercial/office/condominium/industrial cleaning operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and cleaning staff.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently across multiple sites or requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for reporting, rostering, and documentation.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
• WSQ/NEA cleaning or supervisory qualifications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.
• Deploy, lead, monitor, and ensure sufficient manpower and coverage.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning standards meet requirements.
• Monitor attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline of staff.
• Train cleaners on procedures, equipment usage, and safety.
• Manage cleaning schedules, rosters, tasks, and leave arrangements.
• Ensure equipment, chemicals, tools, and supplies are maintained and available.
• Liaise with clients regarding service requirements, feedback, and issues.
• Investigate and resolve service issues promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment.
• Carry out other duties related to cleaning and facilities operations.

• Liaise with clients regarding service requirements, feedback, complaints, and operational matters.
