Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an Operations Executive to join our Singapore Maison, ensuring stock procedures are followed and operations run smoothly across locations including ION Orchard, Ngee Ann City, Marina Bay Sands and Changi Airport.

You will be part of a dynamic team within the LVMH group, focusing on accurate inventory, seamless store operations, and proactive support to drive the Tiffany experience in-store.

Responsibilities

• As the Operations Executive of Tiffany & Co., your main mission is to guarantee the application of all stock procedures (inventory replenishment, inbound/outbound, cycle count etc.) are in accordance to Company guidelines.
• Provide your fullest support in daily store operations and maintenance.
• Support with finance & administration preparation and assistance.
