Job summary

Zenith Facility Services Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Operations Executive to lead field operations, manpower deployment and client servicing across hawker centres, healthcare, preschools, commercial and premium residential sites in Singapore.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with WSH and NEA, plan manpower across multiple sites, and drive service recovery and contract retention while managing consumables and equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree (Operations / FM / Building Services preferred).
• Confident leader and communicator who supervises ground staff directly.
• Practical problem-solver, comfortable juggling multiple sites in a day.
• Willing to travel daily across Singapore; customer-service oriented.
• Advantageous: NEA, WSH, bizSAFE or PWM familiarity; Class 3 licence and own transport; second language used by frontline crews

Reports to the CEO. Not a desk role.

What you’ll do

• - Oversee daily site operations; inspections and audits; close out service lapses

• - Plan daily manpower; supervise cleaning crews; arrange relief for urgent gaps
• - Act as operations liaison for assigned clients; drive service recovery and contract retention
• - Manage site consumables, chemicals, equipment and vendor servicing
• - Prepare site reports, incident logs and monthly operational summaries; recommend improvements

Working arrangements: regular early morning starts; travelling role; occasional after‑hours/weekend rotation.
