Job summary

TotalEnergies Marketing Asia-Pacific Middle East, based in Singapore, offers a VIE contract of 12 months within the Domain Logistics. You will join the Operations & Optimization team to enhance performance, support digitalization projects, and assist transportation and logistics across APAC and Middle East regions.

You should hold a Master’s degree in relevant fields and have up to 3 years of experience in industry. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; Power BI and SAP are assets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• First experience in an industrial, supply chain, or operations environment.
• Skills in operational performance analysis, project management, logistics and transportation, and process digitalization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to deployment of operational excellence initiatives across the region.
• Participate in operations and systems digitalization projects.
• Support automation of terminals and related activities.
• Support transportation and logistics-related projects.
• Analyze operational performance indicators.
• Develop monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Conduct operational assessments of affiliates.
• Deliver training sessions and share best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, HSE, Supply, and Projects teams.
