Job summary

TotalEnergies Marketing Asia-Pacific Middle East is seeking a marine logistics data and process specialist to join the Supply & Shipping team in Singapore. You will support operational management of petroleum products and LPG flows, contribute to digital tool transformation, and develop monitoring and reporting capabilities.

Requirements include a Master’s degree (Bac+5), knowledge of data analysis, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Python/Power BI and SAP are assets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Maritime Transportation.
• First experience in Supply & Shipping related to petroleum products would be an asset.
• Knowledge of data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in migrating Excel-based processes to Medissys, the Trading & Shipping platform.
• Improve interfaces between Medissys and SAP.
• Develop and optimize reporting tools and dashboards for monitoring activity.

Join TotalEnergies’ Marketing & Services branch within our Singapore affiliate and contribute to supply and maritime logistics activities across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.

As part of the Supply & Shipping team, you will support the operational management of petroleum products and LPG flows while contributing to the digital transformation of tools and processes.

You will help improve operational performance through data analysis, process automation, and the development of new monitoring and reporting tools.

A housing allowance will be provided by the affiliate.

Activities

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Participate in the migration of processes currently managed in Excel to Medissys , the integrated Trading & Shipping platform.
• Contribute to the improvement of interfaces between Medissys and SAP.
• Develop and optimize reporting tools and activity monitoring dashboards.
• Support the automation of administrative and operational tasks.
• Contribute to the deployment of innovative solutions, including AI-based tools, for data analysis and value creation.
• Support Product Supply Managers in monitoring supply and shipping operations.
• Participate in the monitoring and analysis of logistics and maritime transportation costs.
• Contribute to the monitoring of demurrage costs and identify optimization opportunities.
• Participate in the preparation of the Budget and Long-Term Plan (LTP).
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to updating operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

You hold a Master’s degree (minimum Bac+5 equivalent) from an engineering school, business school, or university, with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Maritime Transportation .

A first experience in Supply & Shipping , particularly related to petroleum products and pricing topics, would be an asset.

You have academic or professional knowledge of data analysis .

Experience in an international or industrial environment would be considered an advantage.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly:

• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Word

Knowledge of Python, Power BI, or VBA would be an asset.

Knowledge of SAP would also be an advantage.

A minimum C1 level in English is required.

A minimum B2 level in French is also required.
