TotalEnergies Marketing Asia-Pacific Middle East, based in Singapore, offers a VIE contract of 12 months within the Domain Logistics. You will join the Operations & Optimization team to enhance performance, support digitalization projects, and assist transportation and logistics across APAC and Middle East regions.

You should hold a Master’s degree in relevant fields and have up to 3 years of experience in industry. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; Power BI and SAP are assets.

• First experience in an industrial, supply chain, or operations environment.

Directly integrated into the Operations & Optimization team of the TotalEnergies Marketing & Services affiliate in Singapore, your main responsibilities will be to contribute to operational performance improvement, support digitalization projects, and assist transportation and logistics activities across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.

A housing allowance will be provided by the affiliate.

• Contribute to the deployment of operational excellence initiatives across the region.

• Support transportation and logistics-related projects.
• Analyze operational performance indicators.

Candidate Profile

You hold a minimum Master’s degree (Engineering School or University Degree) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.

You have a first experience in an industrial, supply chain, or operations environment.

You have skills in:

• Operational performance analysis;
• Project management;
• Logistics and transportation;
• Process digitalization.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly:

• Excel;
• PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Power BI and SAP would be an asset. Experience in the energy sector would be an advantage.

A minimum B2+ level in English is required. A minimum B2 level in French is also required.
