Job summary

IT&M (SG) PTE. LTD. seeks an Operations Support Specialist to drive efficiency by standardizing processes and maintaining SOPs across teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders to uphold service standards and lead quality assurance initiatives.

The role involves managing data and documentation, supporting procurement and vendor relations, and exploring automation opportunities to streamline daily operations. On-the-job training will be provided to develop the necessary skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher; relevant quality/ops experience preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and quality frameworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication; analytical and organisational skills.
• Proactive, meticulous, and willing to learn new skills.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to enhance efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities and make actionable recommendations.
• Custodian of SOPs and quality standards.
• Assist with designing frameworks to raise efficiency and service quality.
• Engage stakeholders to define and implement service standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets.
• Track incidents and address recurring issues; drive QA initiatives.
• Assist with procurement and manage vendor relations.
• Perform data management and documentation to ensure record accuracy.
• Prepare reports and other documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation of day-to-day processes; design and implement solutions.
• Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
