• Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of operations management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational activities across assigned business functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Review and enhance operational processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation, and productivity improvements.
• Lead change management initiatives to support operational transformation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
• Oversee operational risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance reporting activities.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analyze operational data to support decision-making and business planning.
• Prepare management reports and operational performance updates for senior leadership.
