MARTIN-BROWER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a strategic Sr Executive to Mid Management level to oversee operations analytics, business process engineering, and project implementation.

The role bridges operational execution, data analytics, and customer solution design to support current operations and future expansion. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop dashboards and KPI frameworks, and drive continuous improvement across warehouse, transport, and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5–8 years in analytics, operations analytics, or continuous improvement.
• Strong Excel skills and data visualization experience.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing priorities.
• Proven problem-solving and process mapping capabilities.
• Experience delivering dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to an experienced operations team for warehouse, transport, inventory, and customer service.
• Drive performance through governance, coaching, and structured problem solving.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks via data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives including SOP improvements and automation.
• Develop practical solutions across Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Support implementation of new processes, dashboards, and system enhancements.
• Track outcomes and ensure changes are embedded and sustained.
• Lead RFQ, RFI, and tender workstreams with planning and pricing inputs.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from design to go-live and post-implementation review.
