Job summary

The position involves coordinating across teams, supervising staff, and ensuring service delivery aligns with policies and NEA regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Good communication and coordination skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational processes to identify gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and effective execution of work processes
• Lead and support workplace safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, NEA regulations, and workplace safety standards
• Coordinate and work closely with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery
• Support team supervision, including guiding staff to meet performance and operational goals
• Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements where necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
