Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Operations Executive (Business Operations) in Singapore to support daily operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You will investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams and service partners, and take ownership from identification to resolution. The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics or related discipline.
• Experience in business operations, analytics, strategy, or stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate issues objectively and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Independent, proactive and ownership mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience with technology platforms, transportation, logistics or marketplace operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve day-to-day operational issues with internal teams and service partners.
• Investigate cases to identify root causes and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support resolution of disputes between Customer Service teams and partners.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to processes and service quality.
• Support partner/driver operations, onboarding, compliance and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and research market developments.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.
