Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is a global real asset manager with a strong Asia foothold. The internship offers exposure to SOP standardisation, operational frameworks, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across hospitality and service industries.

You will assist in reviews, prepare presentations, and support global improvement projects while developing proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and process mapping tools through hands-on tasks and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• Able to work independently and multitask.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about operational excellence and global hospitality operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, updating, and standardising SOPs across brands.
• Support development and refinement of operational frameworks (e.g., Pre-Opening, POP Review, Service & Product Review).
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights for operational dashboards and performance reports.
• Help coordinate global improvement projects, including sustainability, quality assurance, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Participate in research, benchmarking, and identifying best practices across hospitality and service industries.
• Support the documentation and testing of digital tools (e.g., Pre-Opening Software, Audit Software, SOP chatbot).
• Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
