Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of operations or general management experience, including 3 years at senior management level.
• Proven experience managing multiple departments or business units.
• Strong budgeting, process improvement and people management skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment and corporate compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage company-wide operations across HR, administration, finance support, and service delivery to ensure seamless business functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor departmental performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource planning to optimize financial and operational outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, including MOM, IRAS, and ACRA matters, to maintain legal and corporate standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and staff to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate closely with the Board on business planning and execution of company objectives.
• Report operational performance and key issues to senior management to support informed decision-making.
