   • Develop and implement business strategies, operational plans and growth initiatives in line with the Group's corporate objectives.

   • Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market trends and assess potential business risks.

   • Establish business priorities and performance targets to support sustainable growth.

2. Business Operations and Performance Management

   • Oversee the company's overall business operations and ensure effective execution of business plans.

   • Monitor financial performance, operating costs, revenue growth and key performance indicators.

   • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency and profitability.

3. Financial Management and Budgetary Control

   • Oversee budget planning, resource allocation and financial performance monitoring.

   • Review financial reports and business performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.

   • Ensure appropriate financial controls and risk management measures are implemented.

4. Leadership and Organisational Management

   • Provide strategic direction and leadership to department heads and senior management.

   • Review departmental performance and ensure effective coordination across business functions.

   • Develop management capabilities and promote accountability, productivity and continuous improvement.

5. Corporate Governance and Risk Management

   • Ensure business operations comply with applicable Singapore laws, regulations and company policies.

   • Oversee corporate governance, internal controls and business risk management.

   • Support the implementation of appropriate policies and procedures to safeguard the company's business interests.

6. Stakeholder and Group Coordination

   • Coordinate with the Group's senior management and relevant stakeholders on business strategies, operational matters and performance reporting.

   • Provide regular updates on Singapore operations, business performance, financial results and key operational developments.

   • Represent the company in business meetings, negotiations and other strategic engagements where required.

Job Requirements
