Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the laundry plant.
• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support administrative and operational activities.
• Follow up on customer orders from start to completion.
• Attend to customer enquiries and assist in resolving feedback or issues.
• Liaise with production teams, customers, and external vendors.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
