Job summary

AGAPE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent operator to assist with daily operations of the laundry plant in Singapore. You will help coordinate production and administrative activities, ensuring orders move from start to completion and customers receive timely responses.

You will liaise with production teams, customers, and external vendors to keep operations smooth, while preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing other assigned admin duties as needed.

Qualifications

• NITEC or O-Level level qualification or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the laundry plant.
• Coordinate daily production and administrative activities.
• Follow through on customer orders from start to completion, respond to customer queries and resolve any feedback.
• Liaise with production, customers, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
