Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) PTE LTD is recruiting for a 12-month contract role to support a leading Southeast Asian superapp, spanning mobility, food delivery, and digital payments. The position centers on design coordination, events, and broad administrative duties within the design team.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, able to handle ambiguity, and capable of keeping projects on track through

Qualifications

• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented with a thorough approach.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to debate respectfully when needed.
• Ability to grasp complex issues quickly and focus on critical priorities.
• Provide structure and facilitate decision-making with limited direction, while collaborating with the team.
• Have a can-do attitude and focus on user-centered design and solving user problems.
• At least 3 years of experience in coordination, project planning, or administration in design/tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily team support and maintain design assets, from hardware to software (e.g. Figma).
• Plan and coordinate design events from small workshops to off-site sessions.
• Arrange meetings, presentations, trainings and events.
• Schedule department calendars and appointments.
• Assist with travel expense tracking, onboarding and vendor sourcing.
• Support Design Producers to ensure on-time project coordination.
• Flag blockers and dependencies and keep project communications timely.
