Job summary

DK FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate to ensure accurate labeling and checking of goods, receive items, and support deliveries.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, reliable teamwork, and adherence to company procedures. Immediate start is preferred for candidates located around the West area in Singapore. Responsibilities include checking containers, recording stock movements, and assisting drivers with discrepancies, while maintaining accurate records for Third Party

Responsibilities

• Check and label goods from containers.
• Receive purchased goods and check labels.
• Daily checks on items before deliveries.
• Assist delivery drivers with discrepancies of wrong items.
• Ensure returned goods are recorded and checked.
• Monitor Third Party Warehouses goods are checked and recorded.
• Record stock storage and movement within Third Party Warehousing.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and movements at Third Party Warehousing.
• Perform stock taking and stock cycle counts.
• Check outgoing goods and coordinate loading/unloading of trucks/containers.
• Verify items for Self-Collection customers.

Job description

• Responsible to check & label the goods from containers.
• Receiving of purchased good items, check label items.
• Daily checking on items are correct before deliveries.
• Assist delivery drivers with any discrepancies of wrong items.
• Ensure all good returned items are properly recorded and checked.
• Monitor, track & record all Third Party Warehouses goods are checked, recorded and monitored closely.
• Track, record & ensure stock storage and stock movement within the Third Party Warehousing.
• Accurate Inventory Control & movement at Third Party Warehousing.
• Perform Stock Taking and Stock Cycle Count.
• Check out-going goods and control loading and record loading/ unloading of items trucks/containers.
• Check item are correct for Self-Collection Customers.
